Over the last 20 years, Provelio have delivered sports & leisure project management services in a variety of sports and leisure environments. They have managed the development of new sports centres within schools, refurbishment works to existing Council leisure centres and much more.
Summit Centre
Combined new build and refurbishment of a Rock UK activity centre. This included offices, catering, welfare and accommodation facilities. Additional features include a new climbing centre, play areas and changing facilities.
Cleveland Pools
The refurbishment of Cleveland Pool in Bath. The aim was to restore the Grade II* listed, outdoor, Georgian era swimming pool back to its functional state. The project includes the restoration and refurbishment of a 25-metre swimming pool, children’s splash area, pavilion and café.
Tisbury Campus
Refurbishment of existing school building and leisure centre to create a community campus within the heart of Wiltshire. The main components of the development include a central community facility and leisure centre with outdoor pool. Further facilities include a learning and skills centre, library, business incubation units, offices and welfare facilities.
Leisure Centres
Refurbishment programme to 14 Cornwall Council owned leisure centres entailing the review of the critical condition of each building. This allowed Provelio to identify and prioritise maintenance and replacement works. This included reviewing engineering safety, building fabric, access systems and other safety related systems and equipment.
Corsham Campus
Development of a new build community campus for Wiltshire Council. The project was connected to an existing leisure centre and required extensions to the health and fitness suite. This also included amendments to the library, café, neighbourhood policing team and meeting rooms.
