Provelio were appointed to produce a FM Procurement Report detailing an accurate Gross Internal Area of new campus, EFM Service benchmarking data and a detailed options study. As part of this commission Provelio:
– Reviewed the EFM service at existing campus to understand the service requirements and capability.
– Use the existing information to determine the future EFM service for the new campus
– Established the procurement requirements and options for the both campuses
– Provided a 5 year forecast of expenditure for the Singleton and Bay Campuses based on the procurement options to demonstrate best value.
– Ensured that there was an adequate budget allocation for a two campus institution
