The Enterprise Centre was a 5000m² new office development with associated car parking. Provelio were appointed by the University of Reading to manage this large new build project and act as an interface between the University and the building’s developer.
The three-storey large office development within the University’s Whiteknights Campus was comprised of offices, conference rooms and associated facilities, ICT Suites, reception areas, a large cafeteria, meeting rooms and staff break out rooms with kitchen facilities.
This project was delivered within the specified budget and within programme and The Enterprise Centre was presented with a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
