This project commissioned by Coastal Housing Group, formed part of the Swansea high street regeneration scheme and comprises 27 housing units (phase 1) and 43 units (phase 2), retail outlets on ground floor, and landscaping.

John Dower House

Refurbishment of PegasusLife’s Grade II listed building, converting it into a high quality retirement home. The development delivered 81 luxury apartments, communal social spaces, designated parking facilities, an exclusive restaurant and landscaped grounds.

Exeter Gateway

Development of a high-quality mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and 4 bed housing to create a diverse offering to Exeter housing. The complete development from Eutopia Homes will provide 400 new homes and 65 units for senior living care.

Marina Gardens

PegasusLife new build of a major senior living development at Portishead Marina, consisting of 126 apartments, communal living areas including commercial kitchen and restaurant, swimming pool and space facilities, gymnasium, dining and social areas, external land scaping and parking.

33 Colston Street

Delivery of a student accommodation building for University of Bristol. The project focused on enhancing the student living experience through providing 121 accommodation units (majority of which have en-suite bathroom facilities), shared kitchen areas, additional bathroom facilities and a social space within the basement and ground floor and study space.


This project was the delivery of a large residential development for PegasusLife, comprising 38 apartments split across 3 separate apartment blocks. Additionally, there were multiple communal spaces including a restaurant, open to both residents and the public, communal living spaces, under-croft parking and garden and landscaped areas.

Bradford Park Flats

Refurbishment of residential flats in Foxhill. The site consists of 48 flats within 3 blocks with communal internal and external areas. Work was required within the flats, including new kitchens, bathrooms, fire safety improvements and further work to the communal areas and external environments.


New later living development of 64 apartments across 3 residential blocks within Lichfield town centre. The new community will consist of one and two-bedroom modern and contemporary apartments, alongside a communal lounge, social kitchen, patio seating areas and a communal garden.

Gordon Street

Delivery of a residential development in Luton. The project involves the redevelopment of the site to create a 4-6 storey building comprising of 29 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom flats, with two commercial units on the ground floor with associated external works.


Construction of an exclusive retirement living complex in a sensitive conservation area. The development comprises of a mix of 68 one and two-bed luxury apartments and communal areas laid out in six blocks with reserved parking and landscaped grounds. The stunning communal facilities include restaurant, spa, well-being spaces and quality service management areas making this a high value and heavily serviced executive development.

Lower School Boarding

Provided Residential Strategic Project Management for the delivery of two boarding houses for Downe House’s Lower School, to provide a total of 80 bed spaces with associated communal areas, plus accommodation for a House Mistress and Assistant House Mistress.
