Warehouse Automation
The design, procurement, and implementation of automation for selected manual forklift activities for Accolade Wines. This included the supply and integration of 26 no. autonomous trucks, software design, testing and integration, installation of a new de-stacker and new systems and reconfigurations of goods areas.
Hangar Refurbishment
Refurbishment of an existing hanger within Dyson’s Hullavington campus to provide additional research and development space. The new facility will provide Dyson additional workshops, a development laboratory, welfare and kitchen facilities, and office space.
07A Strong Floor Project
The refurbishment of an existing materials testing facility for Airbus UK. The project included the installation of a new concrete services trench within the existing floor and the construction of several materials testing laboratories.
Energy Safety Research Inst.
The Energy Safety Research Institute (ESRI) is a new build project being built in collaboration with BP and Swansea University. The new building’s facilities includes workshops, research laboratories, teaching space, ICT provisions, staff offices, conference and meeting rooms.
Paint Injections Plant
Honda required project management services for the new build 2000sqm bumper paint facility. This included a 100sqm mezzanine floor housing the spray booths; the installation of all process conveyors; air handling plant and a new 1MW substation.
Accolade Park
Delivery of defects and remedial works to Accolade Wines Accolade Park. This included management of key contractors during the rectification process, engagement with key stakeholders such as the Environment Agency and Revenue & Customs, and leading all civil, health and safety operations.
AME CAPSE
Delivery of two new engineering buildings for University of South Wales. The new buildings house Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) and Centre for Automotive and Power Systems Engineering. The buildings provide improved teaching facilities for both departments including laboratories, engineering workshops, simulators and control rooms.
Innovation Hub
A new state of the art research and innovation building forming part of the Swansea University’s College of Engineering. The facility will house aerospace, mechanical, nanotechnological and chemical engineering disciplines. This will include Workshops, Research and Engineering Laboratories, Meeting Rooms, Teaching Space and ICT Provisions.
