Appointed as Project Managers responsible for the refurbishment programme of 14 Cornwall Council owned leisure centres. The project entailed a review of the critical condition of each of the buildings in order to identify and prioritise maintenance and replacement works. This included reviewing engineering safety, building fabric, access systems and other safety related systems and equipment.
