Bodmin Council Offices

Provelio were contracted to manage the phased delivery of a new build office facility located in Bodmin, as part of a scheme of County office developments and refurbishments. Cornwall Council aimed to make better use of their current building stock, relocating their own staff from expensive and inefficient offices and providing new space for partner organisations in order to help reduce their future costs. The new office is a three-storey building which comprised of office facilities to accommodate 651 staff, interview rooms, committee rooms, general meeting rooms and registry office, as well as a significant public reception area which houses catering facilities. Provision for electric pools cars, car sharing and covered cycle racks were provided, encouraging sustainability initiatives within the Council.
