A later-living residential development consisting of 64, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Located near a beautiful cathedral, the homes were developed across 3 residential blocks, situated within a busy city. The development also included a communal lounge, shared kitchen, outdoor patio, communal garden, guest suite, managers office, BoH, Buggy Stores and Bin Stores.

Provelio were appointed as Employer Agent for the scheme from RIBA stage 2 – 7. In conjunction with our Employers Agent services, Provelio support the client with:

  • Planning – A full review, redesign and viability assessment of the development layout was completed to ensure visions and requirements were achieved.
  • Conservation Area – Critical discussions and agreements with LDC and the appointed Tree Officer in relation to proposed specimen removals and replacements.
  • Listed Buildings – Vendor retained listed buildings adjacent to site with LBC Planning Conditions linked to full application. We were required to work collaboratively with the vendor to ensure all LBC works were completed prior to occupation.
  • Re-draft of Client Specification including Room Data Sheets – As part of the contract process, we managed the full amendment of client specification and room data sheets. We also assisted in the re-writing of M&E and finishes of the development.
