Programme Chrysallis

Provelio’s role included the provision of programme management responsibilities, including establishing and maintaining the programme management office, programme management process and delivery of strategic brief, governance frameworks, reporting structures, change control etc. The programme was established using the best practice procedures of Managing Successful Programmes (“MSP”) and PRINCE2 for project delivery. The programme management also established and assured compliance with issue management and escalation.

Provelio successfully developed a proactive process and implementation to risk management and benefits realisation, including monthly dash board reports, etc. The programme management team introduced a bespoke web-based document management and exchange site to support and encourage collaborative working. The programme established a series of complementary projects with projects managed in accordance with the Provelio assured staged gateway process. The programme needed to be delivered through a controlled and recognised user community.

Provelio also advised the client on the most appropriate procurement and contract strategies for delivering the overall programme, achieving their vision and benefits.
