New Pharmacy Business Case

To address and understand the requirements of the Trusts new pharmacy department, Provelio were appointed to write a business case on the pharmacy redevelopment. This involved:
o Develop initial understanding of the requirement through reviewing available information:
o Strategic outline case
o Pharmacy strategy
o Stakeholder Liaison to identify further information and develop an understanding of the user’s requirements and the new facilities capability requirements.
o Production of business case, using the 5 case business model format. This included looking at 8 different options and the economic and financial case for each.
