Provelio were appointed by Swansea University to deliver a new 11,000sqm state of the art research and innovation building within the heart of its new campus. Forming part of the University’s College of Engineering, the new facility housese aerospace, mechanical, nanotechnological and chemical engineering disciplines. The building facilities included new workshops, research and engineering laboratories, conference and meeting rooms, offices, teaching Space and ICT Provisions.

The main aim of the Innovation Hub development was to provide world class teaching facilities to its undergraduates and postgraduate students, and act as a research and development centre for industry businesses.

The project was part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (through the Welsh Government) and required intensive stakeholder engagement throughout the duration of the project.
