Harpenden

Provelio were appointed to deliver a large retirement living development consisting of 38 apartments across 3 separate apartment blocks. In addition, there were multiple communal spaces including a restaurant that was open to both residents and the public, communal living spaces, under-croft parking, and garden and landscaped areas.

Provelio were appointed for RIBA stages 4 and 5 initially. We also acted as the Handover and Post-Completions Manager for the development. We managed the completion of the main contract, resolution of any defects and bespoke retrofit items. The role required a structured approach to holding contractors to account and defining clear briefs for minor works to individual flats.
