A five-story new-build development comprising of 68 one and two bed apartments and communal facilities. Provelio were required to come aboard as recovery project managers and directly manage the trade contractors and design team to complete the scheme.
We were required to conduct a rapid health check assessment to realign the delivery team to meet project objectives. There was an immediate need to ensure the building was made weatherproof and an acceleration of sales office/suite to improve presales. We introduced momentum of site production with the introduction of a new program and set up of trade contractor coordination meetings to build team working. With our appointment, the project regained momentum and direction that enabled completion of works within appraisal time and financial targets.
