Provelio were appointed by Eutopia Homes to act as Project Manager/Employers Agent on this build to rent scheme, covering three distinct phases. During site appraisal Provelio supported Eutopia Homes in appreciating the complexity of the site, particularly site contamination and the resultant ecological and remediation considerations.

Provelio took Phase 1 of the scheme to RIBA3+ with planning, had selected a preferred contractor for site remediation, and completed the first stage of a two-stage design and build procurement pathway prior to Eutopia Homes disposition in early 2022. Throughout the scheme Provelio supported a lengthy planning process, and proactively worked with the wider team in preparing suites of documents for the planning application, responses/requests for amendments and condition discharge.

For Provelio, the principal requirements of this scheme were delivering the required quality within the client’s budget, this was achieved through detailed risk analysis and mitigation and excellent stakeholder management, particularly with the main contractor and local planning authority.
