The model visualised the financial, operational and environmental impact of these projects, allowing users to explore various planning scenarios based on estate conditions.
The data-driven analysis solution transformed the universities planning process, enhanced strategic allignment and resource utilisation. Adopting this solution allowed the university to navigate complex scenarios and confidently make impactful decisions. Establishing a dedicated user group was recommended for continuous engagement, system optimisation and ongoing refinement.
