Provelio provided project management and data analytics support to Defence Strategic Command Headquarters in the delivery of a capability study which assessed the financial impact of the voluntary withdrawal of service personnel.

Provelio’s team of cost analysts produced a series of detailed cost models which captured a range of disparate data from across all numerous systems within Defence. The project demonstrated circa £2Billion in financial savings could be achieved over the next decade through an increased focus on targeted retention measures.

The approach gained Head Office endorsement and demonstrated critical personnel risks to Defence. In response to the high quality of services received, Provelio were asked to provide further analytical support on a major programme aimed understanding the cost – benefit of retention measures for Royal Marines.
