Provelio were appointed as Project Managers and Contract Administrator for the extension and refurbishment of an existing activity centre in South Wales. At the time, the activity centre accomodation needed a refresh and required an extension to the facility to offer residential accomodation to meet the Rock UK Business Model. The extension provided a new accomodation block for visitors and included office space, catering, welfare and sleeping facilities, a new climbing centre, play area and changing facilities. The existing facility also recieved a refurbishment which included replacing the existing flat roofs with pitched roofs.
Provelio managed the development from RIBA Stage 3 through to RIBA Stage 6. The project was heavily funded with extensive focus on expenditure requirements.
