Project Managers responsible for the delivery of a new extension to existing Exeter House Special School, which provides education for children between the ages of 3 and 19, who have a range of learning difficulties. We project managed the full Design and Build construction of the project alongside preparing the feasibility study, decant, move management, and provided training for the senior management team in change management. The project provided additional teaching space, storerooms, administration, group rooms and hall. The works consist of the refurbishment and remodelling of the existing school.
