Provelio were appointed to carry out soft market testing and supplier engagement exercises to determine which suppliers would offer the client best value and meet their business needs and interview the supply chain to select a preferred portfolio of suppliers. This invovled:
o Determine the requirements of the client and their business needs
o Conduct soft market testing of all suppliers within the geographical region to better understand their service offering.
o Conduct a ‘meet the buyer’ event to engage with suppliers
o Analysis test results and recommended a shortlist of suppliers to interview
o Determine the procurement strategy to meet the client needs
o Interview shortlisted suppliers with the client. Allowed suppliers to better demonstrate capability
o Produce final report of recommended suppliers within value bands that offer best value and meet the business needs of the client
