Implementation of Enterprise Project Controls System
Establishment of the University’s PMO and their capital project reporting methods within the University’s estates department. Provelio provided expert advice to the team and assisted with further developing the PMO processes and procedures. This involved reviewing the existing PMO processes, data collection and reporting mechanisms, and identifying areas for improvement to enable the PMO to work efficiently.
In addition to the delivery system, Provelio also created an interactive Power BI dashboard and reporting system for the PMO. The dashboard enables the university to monitor, track and report on the status of their projects. It was underpinned by a clear data management and storage solution, designed and tailored for the PMO’s needs.
