Provelio were appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for RIBA Stages 5-7. The Centre for Learning was a three-storey development over 1,200sqm that comprised of a new library, multifunctional auditorium/performing arts space, café, school shop, associated offices and ancillary spaces. Provelio were appointed as a recovery function on the project, as the existing project team had no firm handle on project or programme. We achieved this through the application of rigorous change control and value engineering, without sacrificing the client’s demands for a high level of architectural quality.

During our appointment, we delivered weekly site meetings, monthly progress reports, exception reports and stage reports to ensure that the project progressed as planned and the client was kept aware of all changes/updates.
