Provelio were appointed by the Consortium (through UKPMS) to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent duties, and ensure that the requirements of the Police Authority and Home Office Police Buildings Design Guide (HOPBDG) were met with regards to specification and quality.

The project consisted of the construction of 6 police investigation centres with associated custody facilities for Norfolk and Suffolk police under a PDFI agreement with the Consortium. The new centre is fitted with start of the art CCTV facilities, holding cells, forensic and photographic analysis areas and equipment and interviewing and recording rooms. The project included the provision of 146 cells.

Provelio provived Project Management services during the run-up to Financial Close. Following this, Provelio’s role evolved into acting as the Employers Agent to support the delivery phase of the project.
