A new state of the art research and innovation building forming part of the University’s College of Engineering, the new building houses aerospace, mechanical, nanotechnological and chemical engineering disciplines. The facilities included workshops, laboratories, conference rooms, office and teaching space and ICT suites.

The extension and refurbishment of a new 60-place nursery and sports pavilion. The nursery scheme utilises the existing listed stable and cottage buildings, and includes an extension to provide an enhanced, light, open and welcoming nursery space.

The construction of a new 2500m2 higher education teaching space within the car park of SGS Wise Campus. Provelio undertook the role of NEC Project Manager and contract administrator throughout the pre-construction and construction period. With our intrinsic knowledge of the estate and skillset, the project was completed within the precise delivery period.
