Provelio were appointed as NEC4 Project Managers for the Robin Hood Junction Improvement project near Horsham. The aim of the project was to improve traffic flow at the junction of the A24 and the B2237 Warnham Road in Harsham with localised widening and signalisation. The improvement works enhanced the capacity of the junction and improved traffic flow to accomodate forecasted growth in vehicular demands up to 2031. It also enhanced the provision for pedestrians and cyclists.

The project provided an additional two traffic lanes at the southbound A24 (north arm) approach including embankment widening (making 4 lanes total), the addition of a single traffic lane at the northern A24 (south arm) (3 lanes total), realignment of the Warnham Road approach, the addition of 100m long downstream merging lane on the exit from the roundabout to the A24 southbound, introduction of traffic signals on both the A24 roundabout approaches and Warnham Road, the addition of a 3.2m staggered Toucan crossing on the A24 northern arm and the a new 2.5m wide footway at the approach to the crossing and widening of the Warnham Road footway to 2.0m width.
