Tetbury

A later-living development within Steepleton, Tetbury that consists of 68 apartments over 7-storeys and 2 additional retail units. This residential development also included the creation of a gym, restaurant, spa facilities, pool, storeroom, communal workspace, car park and landscaping.

Provelio were appointed to provide Project Management and Employers Agent services. In conjunction with our Programme and Project Management services, Provelio also carried out the following activities:

• Advised the client on programme, cost control and sales strategy.
• Supported the client with high-rise and cladding specifics of the project that required EWS1 inspections.
• Managed the wider supply chain constraints which required careful forecasting of materials with trades to ensure programme certainty.
• Managed the complexities of a constrained site that required detailed logistical management and planning.
• Developed a ground remediation strategy after discovering the ground was contaminated. The strategy had to look at eliminating both ground and water contamination and put in place a monitoring scheme to demonstrate its success.
• Worked within the neighbourhood to establish clear links with the local residents in order to keep them informed on progress and working practices and provide a conduit if issues of dirt and noise arose.
