Provelio were commissioned to assist with the delivery of a backlog Maintenance Improvement Plan (MIP), consisting of circa 80 projects across the entire university estate. We conducted an initial assessment of the MIP and produced a project brief which included a prioritisation matrix. We then were responsible for managing the delivery of the programme, ensuring cost, quality, H&S, programme and resourcing requirements were met. This phase of the commission also included provision of a monthly report for discussion at the MIP panel, which was chaired by the deputy director of estates and included key programme stakeholders.
